2. How We Use Your Information
2.1 Core Messaging Functionality
The app uses SMS and Call log permissions exclusively for:
- Sending and receiving SMS/MMS messages
- Displaying conversation history
- Managing contacts and message threads
- Providing delivery and read receipts
- Supporting RCS messaging features
2.2 Firebase Services
If you opt to use Firebase authentication:
- Securely authenticate your identity
- Sync app preferences across devices (future feature)

3. Data Storage and Security
3.1 Local Storage
All SMS/MMS messages and conversation data are stored locally on your device using Android's secure SMS database. This data:
- Remains encrypted on your device
- Is never transmitted to our servers

- Can be deleted by uninstalling the app or clearing app data
3.2 Firebase Cloud Storage
If you choose to use Firebase features, minimal data (authentication info, device ID) is stored securely on Firebase servers with:

6. Your Rights and Choices

6.2 Uninstall the App
Uninstalling SMS Gateway Master will:
- Remove all app data from your device
- Delete app preferences and settings
- Retain your SMS/MMS messages in Android's SMS database (accessible by other SMS apps)

SMS Gateway Master is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us to request deletion.
